Job Summary
Little Acorn ABA is seeking a motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team in Edgewater, OH. As a BCBA Hybrid Position, you will have the opportunity to work with our team of professionals to provide high-quality behavioral services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans for clients
Provide one‑on‑one therapy sessions and group therapy sessions as needed
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists
Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client progress
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of program goals and objectives
Stay current with best practices and evidence‑based interventions in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Requirements
BCBA Certification : Must be a certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification
Master's Degree : Must hold a Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Educational Psychology)
Experience : Previous experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities preferred
Licensure : Must be eligible for licensure in the state of Ohio (if applicable)
