San Antonio, TX , with the office located off Loop 1604 near Huebner. Attorneys typically work in-office Tuesday through Thursday.

licensed in Texas
and have
prior civil litigation experience
to be considered. This role requires managing your own docket and strong client and carrier communication.
About Our Client Our client is a well-established litigation firm founded in the mid-2000s with a long-standing focus on insurance defense, personal injury, and general business disputes. They represent major insurance carriers, maintain a bilingual staff, and are known for trying cases throughout Central and South Texas rather than settling everything on paper.
Job Description
Manage a docket of approximately
30 active litigation matters
Review new file assignments and develop case strategy from inception
Draft and respond to pleadings and written discovery
Conduct depositions of parties, fact witnesses, and experts
Maintain regular communication with clients and insurance adjusters
Handle mediations, court appearances, and trial preparation
Collaborate with paralegals, clerks, and other attorneys to move cases efficiently
Research applicable law and apply it strategically to case development
Qualifications
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
2+ years of civil litigation experience , preferably insurance defense or personal injury
Active and good-standing
Texas Bar license
Strong writing, organization, and analytical skills
Reliable, responsive communicator with client-facing confidence
