that is actively seeking an
Associate Attorney . This is a strong opportunity for an attorney looking to take ownership of a docket, gain trial experience, and work in a collaborative, well-structured environment.
Practice Overview
Insurance defense for large carrier clients
Injury litigation experience preferred
Plaintiff-side attorneys are welcome to apply
Ideal Candidate
2-5 years of litigation experience.
Background in insurance defense preferred (plaintiff-side considered).
Demonstrated stability (no frequent job changes).
Strong communication and responsiveness.
Willingness to try cases and manage matters independently.
Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
Role Responsibilities
Fully manage a docket of approximately 30 cases.
Handle matters from inception through resolution/trial.
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
Conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations.
Communicate professionally and timely with clients and team members.
Compensation Up to $140,000+, depending on experience and fit.
Work Structure
Hybrid schedule: Attorneys typically in-office Tuesday-Thursday.
Staff is in-office full-time.
Billable requirement: 500 hours per quarter.
