Serve as a problem solver for your customers by combining the in-depth training provided and attention to detail to determine the most efficient and best overall pest solution for each customer's needs Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and practice customer service skills by discussing additional services that meet customer needs for a complete pest management program Follow a route schedule within your assigned territory, allow flexibility with customer and weather-related factors, and ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer's home Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment Complete all required service‑related documentation using the handheld device provided for speed and accuracy We Offer…

As a Pest Control Technician at Connecticut Pest Elimination, you must possess the following skills/requirements: No experience required High School Diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years or older to apply Valid driver's license Physical Demands / Working Environment
Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
