Responsibilities As a Pest Control Technician, you will complete paid training and use the skills to operate a pest control service route, build customer relationships, perform pest control functions, and manage your own route.
You Will…
Serve as a problem solver, combining training and attention to detail to determine the most efficient pest solution for each customer.
Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services as part of a complete pest management program.
Follow a route schedule within an assigned territory, allowing flexibility for customer and weather factors and ensuring timely and safe arrival.
Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness of vehicle and equipment.
Complete all required service documentation using a hand‑held device.
We Offer…
Starting hourly pay: $19.00‑$22.00 per hour.
Company vehicle and gas card after training is completed.
$750 signing bonus if already licensed.

Qualifications
No experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years or older.
Valid driver’s license.
Physical Demands / Working Environment
Safely use a ladder within manufacturer weight capacity.
Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and roof tops.
Work in all weather conditions.
Obtain the appropriate pesticide license within first 90 days (company paid).
Work independently and manage route‑based assignments.
