We're looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. If you are reliable, time-oriented, friendly and have a willingness to assist both internal and external customers, this may be a great opportunity for you.

No experience or training is required.

Job Duties
Screens incoming calls.
Refers visitors, vendors, contractors to appropriate staff.
Monitors the Corporation's daily meeting calendar directs scheduled appointments to appropriate meeting rooms.
Maintains and updates front desk protocol book.
Assist with Mail Room and Document Management as needed.
