Job Duties
As an
Administrative Coordinator , your tasks in this role will consist of but are not limited to: Screens incoming calls. Refers visitors, vendors, contractors to appropriate staff. Monitors the Corporation\'s daily meeting calendar directs scheduled appointments to appropriate meeting rooms. Maintains and updates front desk protocol book. Assist with Mail Room and Document Management as needed. Position-Specific Details
