Manage a caseload of children and families requiring statutory social work intervention.
Undertake high-quality assessments and develop, implement, and review care plans in line with statutory requirements.

Identify safeguarding concerns and take appropriate action to protect children and young people.
Prepare reports and attend statutory meetings, including multi-agency forums.
Work collaboratively with internal and external partner agencies to improve outcomes.
Engage in continuous professional development to maintain high standards of practice.
