Job Description
The Customer Service Liaison plays a critical role in ensuring smooth communication, positive client experiences, and efficient resolution of inquiries. This position acts as a trusted point of contact, supporting customers while maintaining alignment with internal departments to ensure service excellence and operational consistency.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and concerns
Maintain clear, professional communication between customers and internal teams
Track and document customer interactions accurately and efficiently
Resolve issues in a timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction
Support administrative and coordination tasks related to customer service operations
