Job Description The Customer Service Liaison plays a critical role in ensuring smooth communication, positive client experiences, and efficient resolution of inquiries. This position acts as a trusted point of contact, supporting customers while maintaining alignment with internal departments to ensure service excellence and operational consistency.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and concerns

Track and document customer interactions accurately and efficiently
