Customer Service Rep (03033) - Gran Bay Pkwy, Jacksonville, FL We’re searching for qualified customer service reps with personality and people skills. This role offers schedules that work with you, not against you, and allows you to be part or full time while baking or delivering pizzas during the hungry hours of the day and night. You’ll have plenty of time left over for school or other activities.

Physical Requirements

Standing: Most tasks are performed from a standing position.

Walking: For short distances for short durations.

Sitting: Paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table.

Lifting: Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded using a hand truck. Deliveries may include cases weighing up to 50 pounds (5' x 1.5').

Carrying: Large cans (3 lbs, 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lbs), trays of pizza dough (12 lbs per tray) are carried.

Pushing: Trays on dollies, requiring force up to 7.5 lbs, may be pushed or pulled.

Climbing: Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladders to change prices on signs or perform maintenance.

Stooping/Bending: Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station.

Crouching/Squatting: Occasionally for stocking shelves and cleaning low areas.

Reaching: Frequently up, down and forward. Workers may reach above 72 inches to turn on/off oven controls or lift objects to/from shelves.

Hand Tasks: Eye-hand coordination is essential. Use of hands is continuous; frequent and forceful pinching required for assembling pizza boxes.
