Responsibilities

Design, implement, and champion enterprise-wide leadership development, succession planning, and performance culture initiatives.

Develop and drive the comprehensive strategy for leadership development programs, ensuring alignment with Central Health System’s strategic vision and values.

Provide one‑on‑one leadership coaching and mentorship for executives and leaders, focusing on behavioral change, strategic thinking, and organizational impact.

Oversee the development of tools and frameworks for career advancement, including the creation and monitoring of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for key leaders and high‑potential team members.

Research, design, and facilitate high‑quality, engaging leadership development modules, workshops, and retreats for various levels of management.

Serve as a subject‑matter expert and lead major organizational change efforts, ensuring leaders are equipped to manage and sustain successful transitions.

Work with People Partnerships & Engagement (PPE) team to design, manage, and continuously improve the enterprise succession planning framework, ensuring critical roles have viable, prepared candidates for seamless transitions.

Partner with PPE to embed coaching principles and high‑performance behaviors into the daily fabric of the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (higher degree accepted).

At least 5 years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Leadership Development, with at least five years in a senior leadership/director‑level capacity.

Demonstrated expertise in designing and leading enterprise‑wide succession planning and leadership development programs.

Proven experience in providing executive‑level coaching (certifications highly desirable, e.g., ICF, Marshall Goldsmith).

Demonstrated experience in planning and leading significant organizational change management initiatives.

Lean Six Sigma Certification (Upon Hire Required).
