The Service Team Member ensures "Best in Class" customer service from start to finish. Responsibilities include helping prepare delicious food, maintaining cleanliness, greeting/helping customers with their orders, processing orders efficiently, suggestive selling, handling payment/cash transactions accurately and professionally. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with restaurant team members and management to achieve operational goals, maintain a positive work environment, and uphold company standards. Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and helpful manner. Continuously strive to meet or exceed customer expectations and satisfaction. Assist in preparing food items in strict compliance with company recipes and procedures, including shredding chicken, preparing salsa/dressing, and condiment packing. Process and assemble customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Use suggestive selling to complete the customer experience and increase sales. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support restaurant operations. Qualifications – Education, Experience, License/Certifications

Certifications: Obtain Food Handler Certification promptly upon hire, adhering to EPL policy and state regulations.
