Population Health Outreach Coordinator , you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders—patients, providers, payors, and regulators—to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

You Will:

Contracting and Client Relationship Management

Meet with prospective new clients as identified by RadNet’s corporate Marketing and Promotions channels to educate them on the program and establish agreements for new events

Follow up with previous clients to foster recurring event scheduling

Be the client’s single point of contact for any inquiries or communicating issues that may need to be resolved

Mobile Event Coordination

Manage an event schedule and coordinate the logistics of each event in partnership with internal operations leaders for staffing purposes

Ensure that both internal teams as well as client teams have all ‘day of’ information, including but not limited, start and stop times, parking instructions, contact information for staff and client representatives.

Make mobile coach staff and their respective operations managers aware of travel requirements

Population Health Coordination

Will participate in coordination aspects of existing and future Population Health programs, such as: The Comprehensive Breast Program, Lung Cancer Screening Program, Enhanced Prostate Screening Program, P4P Patient Outreach Program.

Will work in conjunction with our Breast and Lung Navigators to help with outreach to referring physicians

You have a structured work-approach, understand complex problems and you able to prioritize work in a fast‑paced environment.

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:

Prior sales and marketing experience preferred

Prior experience in performing outreach to patients and referring physicians preferred

Familiar with population health concepts and screening program guidelines (e.g., Lung-RADS, BI-RADS, or similar) preferred

Experience with imaging systems (e.g., PACS/RIS) and EMRs highly desirable

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong attention to detail and ability to track and document data accurately
