When you join RadNet as a
RIS Optimization Team Lead , you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders—patients, providers, payors, and regulators—to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
You Will:
Leads a team of analysts in developing and maintaining a comprehensive list of feature requests for RadNet, consistently communicating these updates with RadNet Operations.
Communicating and updating current systems developments to upper management and RIS Optimization Analyst
Inspire creativity and diligence among the RIS Optimization team
Lead and collaborate with colleagues to rigorously test and assist in the implementation of new features, bug fixes, “go-lives,” and software upgrades
Delegates strategically to employees to work towards innovative and creative solutions
Communicates changes and opportunities regarding applications and systems across the organization
Leading Analysts who conduct training sessions for RadNet Management for downline training and communications, encompassing new hires, IT teams, and acquisitions as necessary
Advocate for new features and processes
Lead and coordinate support for customers and employees during software upgrades
Leading the evaluation, analysis, and calculation procedures associated with financial responsibility
Driving the development of tools and software to enhance financial analytics
Attain proficiency in RadNet Applications and systems, contributing to innovative solutions with existing features and promptly resolving system issues as they arise
Regularly advocate for maintenance features for RIS as well as for initiatives such as Utilization Management and Online Portals
Regularly monitoring and analyzing the RadNet application and systems, investigating findings, and promptly resolving issues to ensure optimization
Optimize workflows and crafting job aids to enhance operation efficiency
Share information effectively and provide appropriate direction, consultation, and recommendations to employees
Understand and articulate initiative requests for efficient handling and resolution
Consistently delivers analytical reports and communicates findings to relevant team members and management
Providing support and coverage for insurance and patient responsibility at the time of accuracy
Effectively communicating information and providing appropriate guidance, consultation, and recommendations to the personnel
Travel is required for this position approximately 20% of the time.

College education in a related field is preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be meticulous and self‑motivated
Problem‑solving skills are a must
Skilled in analyzing intricate data and systems for informed decision‑making and strategic planning
High level of proficiency and demonstrated effectiveness in problem determination and resolution
Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred
