Full Time, Direct Hire Schedule:
Sunday-Tuesday (Every other Wednesday) 5:30PM-6:00AM. 4 built in hours of overtime every 2 weeks Pay Range:
$35-$44/hour
Responsibilities
Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on simple/manual; semi automated; and certain aspects of fully automated manufacturing equipment.
Corrective maintenance activities include: troubleshooting of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, controls, and electrical systems; and minor equipment performance improvement activities.
Supports equipment performance improvement projects and process validation activities.
Contributes to process optimization and scrap reduction efforts through equipment design improvements, improvements to operating and maintenance procedures, and maintenance activities.
Independently troubleshoots equipment with a high degree of quality and reliability.
Implements permanent corrective actions to eliminate recurrent problems.
Requirements
HS Degree/GED
2-5 years of troubleshooting experience with Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic/Pneumatic Controls Logic, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC’s), Ethernet communication, DeviceNet, Networks in an industrial, ideally heavily regulated (device, pharma, biotech, defense, aerospace)
2+ years of PLC experience required
Experience with root cause analysis
Experience supporting production and maintenance for medical devices
Experience with extrusion/molding equipment is a major plus!!
