Nanny/Household Assistant
to support their household and three children, including a new baby due in August 2026. The ideal candidate will be experienced, emotionally intelligent, and proactive—someone who anticipates needs, supports family routines, and brings calm, positive energy into their home. This position is perfect for a mature caregiver who loves structure, values integrity, and is excited to become a long-term part of the family’s journey.
About the Family: Children:
Girl (3 years):
Outgoing, independent, social, and fun. Attends preschool 9am–1pm and enjoys tennis and soccer.
Boy (1.5 years):
Sweet, silly, and full of energy. Attending school in August 2026.
Baby #3:
Due August 2026
Dog:
One friendly 15-lb Miniature Schnauzer (he will become your best friend)
Parents:
Dad:
Entrepreneur, works outside of the home, and values order and tidiness.
Mom:
Stay-at-home parent, actively involved, prefers open communication and collaboration. Pregnant with their third child and deeply values communication, structure, reliability, and mutual respect in the home.
Position Details: Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00am–7:00pm (50 hours/week guaranteed)
Occasional nights and weekends with advance notice
Family is open to discussing alternate scheduling for the right candidate – Flexible to offer 45 hours per week if needed.
Flexibility required during travel and transitional periods (e.g. baby’s arrival)
Compensation and Benefits: Hourly Rate:
$30–$32 DOE
Guaranteed 40 hours, but will regularly be needed 45/50 hours/week
W2 Position through payroll
Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Days, Paid Holidays
Nanny Car Provided
Travel Required:
Yes: Amazing locations such as: Aspen, CO (4 weeks/year), Elk Creek, CO (1–2 weeks), plus occasional family trips to other fun places!
All expenses covered; separate accommodations provided as needed
Travel may include overnights and/or care at home while parents are away
Overnights:
Yes, occasionally with notice
Paid hourly for time awake + overnight flat rate ($50–$100)
Responsibilities: Childcare Duties:
Comprehensive care for three children, including infant care, toddler engagement, and preschool-aged support
Driving children to and from school, classes, and activities
Preparing healthy meals and snacks for children
Creating and implementing developmentally appropriate activities
Bath/bedtime routines, nap transitions, daily logs
Supervision of their dog Scout as needed
Swimming supervision required (must be a confident swimmer)
Household Support:
Children’s laundry, clothing rotation, closet and toy organization
Daily upkeep of children’s areas, kitchen, and shared spaces (pantry, fridge, etc.)
Wiping counters, vacuuming, dishes, tidying, light cleaning, taking out trash
Light family meal prep, grocery list management, and errand assistance
Helping maintain an orderly, warm, and clean home environment
Take the initiative to be helpful if you see something that needs to be done
The housekeeper comes once a week to deep clean

A strong communicator with a calm, collaborative energy
Experienced with infants, toddlers, and multiple children at once
