Responsibilities
Provide engaging academic instruction tailored to scholars with social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
Build strong, supportive relationships that foster trust and growth.
Work collaboratively with behavior assistants, behavior coaches, counselors, and staff to create a safe, structured, and positive learning environment.
Model patience, resilience, and consistency for scholars who need it most.
Additional Job Information: ESE Certification preferred; Reading Endorsement preferred.
