Provide engaging literacy instruction tailored to scholars with social, emotional, and behavioral needs
Build strong, supportive relationships that foster trust and growth
Work collaboratively with behavior assistants, counselors, and staff to create a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
Model patience, resilience, and consistency for scholars who need it most
