FullTime | Competitive Pay – Up to $65/hr (based on experience)
Available Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Student Levels: Elementary, Middle, High School, and Ages 17–22
We have two openings: one with the Public Schools and one with a Private School.
YOUR IMPACT The Special Education Teacher will provide specialized instruction and support to students across all grade levels - at a public elementary, middle, and/or high school. This role focuses on developing individualized learning plans, monitoring and assessing student progress, and collaborating with educators and families to promote both academic and social growth. The ideal candidate is a licensed Special Education Teacher who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of students and enjoys a commute with purpose.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Valid Massachusetts Teaching License with Special Education (Moderate Disabilities) certification
Eligible to teach in MA through DESE
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
Designs & delivers individualized instruction for students with disabilities
Knowledge of MA Special Education laws and IEP development
Classroom experience MondayFriday, structured setting
Experience with students who are nonverbal, on the autism spectrum, prone to tantrums, runners, or wheelchairbound preferred
