Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks. He/She/They will support several departments including Human Resources and Finance.
Our administrative assistant position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Emails, and other correspondence
Prepare, organize, and maintain files, reports, and records (physical and digital)
Draft and edit correspondence, memos, and documents
Assist with data entry, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks as needed
Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics
Greet visitors and provide general office support
Support special projects and assist leadership or departments assigned
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
Preferred experience with QuickBooks.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
