$115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location:
Indiana
Role Summary This position focuses on providing therapy to couples, families, and individuals throughout Indiana using a secure virtual platform. You will address relationship dynamics, life stressors, and behavioral concerns while also supporting associate clinicians through clinical supervision and case consultation.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families
Develop treatment plans rooted in systemic therapy models
Provide clinical supervision and case consultation
Maintain accurate and compliant client records
Participate in peer reviews and care coordination
Evaluate treatment effectiveness and modify plans
Active Indiana
LMFT
license
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
Experience working with relational and family systems
Supervisory experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
2 weeks paid time off
