Job Title: Reach Truck Forklift Operator
Job Description: As a Reach Truck Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for moving materials efficiently and safely around various facilities such as warehouses and storage spaces. Your primary role will involve operating a reach truck forklift to ensure that materials and products are always positioned correctly to maximize efficiency. Prior experience in driving reach truck forklifts is essential for this role.
Responsibilities
Unload materials from incoming vehicles and place them in pallet racks.
Locate products in racks using an RF scan gun.
Pull customer orders when required.
Fill pick locations from overstock bins.
Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and perform regular maintenance, including charging and watering the battery.
Help maintain a safe and orderly environment within the facilities.
Essential Skills
Proven experience as a reach truck forklift operator.
Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with forklift, reach truck, stand-up forklift, material handling, inventory, and order pulling.
Ability to use an RF scanner.
