Core Responsibilities
Develop account penetration strategies for key target accounts and provide management with quarterly reports of progress.
In partnership with Sales, develop and maintain relationships with key buying influences in each account, including clinical, administrative, and C‑suite.
Create and maintain knowledge of each account’s current and long‑term challenges and goals, keeping management and Sales informed of opportunities and changes.
Ensure quoted technologies and software licensing align with customer objectives.
Develop Scopes of Work (SOWs) detailing Professional Services deployment timelines.
Collaborate with Sales to quote and drive opportunities for Professional and Clinical Services to close.
For Oncology Systems business only: Maintain full access to VMS client sites, meet all Vendor Credentialing requirements, and continue to meet them during employment.
Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge
Clinical background (e.g., RT, RN, CMD, PhD).
Minimum five years of managerial experience in healthcare administration with Oncology Operations experience.
75% travel required.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, HCM (e.g., Workday), and related productivity software.
Passion for client service and relationship building.
Strategic, cross‑functional knowledge of Varian solutions and oncology operations.
Ability to work in matrixed, unstructured environments.
Strong analytical, organizational, and consensus‑building skills.
Healthcare finance knowledge, including basic P&L.
Leadership experience in clinical operations driving performance.
Proficiency with LMS training completion.
Vendor Credentialing Requirements
Proof of valid identification (photo, driver’s license, SSN).
Criminal background checks.
Drug screens.
Immunizations (Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Influenza, Tetanus).
Annual TB testing.
Healthcare training.
