Balance Point Wellness is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Healthcare (ACHC) and is a community‑based holistic mental health and wellness center that provides counseling/psychotherapy, psychiatry, adventure therapy, and wellness services to individuals and families in Maryland. Our locations are Baltimore, Bel Air, Salisbury, and Hunt Valley, MD, with additional Telehealth services in Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania.
Position: Part‑time, hybrid therapist (Licensed by the state of Maryland) based in the Bel Air, MD office. Balance Point Wellness, LLC is seeking qualified advanced licensed therapists (LCSW‑C, LCPC, LCMFT, LCPAT, etc.) to provide mental health therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults.
Therapist Job Responsibilities
Manage assigned caseload (provide ongoing therapy).
Complete psychosocial assessments.
Document contact notes for completed sessions in a cloud‑based EHR.
Develop person‑centered treatment plans when necessary.

Qualifications, Education, and Experience
Master’s/doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling required.
Licensed in Maryland to provide mental health treatment.
Psychotherapy experience in a community setting preferred.
Background check required.
Highly organized and possesses strong time‑management skills.
Compensation Hourly wage: $62–$68.
