Position Overview
Balance Point Wellness, LLC is seeking qualified part‑time, advanced licensed therapists (LCSW‑C, LCPC, LCMFT, LCPAT, etc.) for our Harford County office in Bel Air, MD. The role is part‑time hybrid.
Responsibilities
Manage assigned caseload and provide ongoing therapy
Complete psychosocial assessments
Maintain contact notes for sessions in a cloud‑based EHR
Develop person‑centered treatment plans when necessary

Requirements
Master’s/doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling required
Licensed in Maryland to provide mental health treatment
Psychotherapy experience in a community setting preferred

Highly organized and possesses time management skills
