Responsibilities
As an LVN/LPN, you will participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of your licensure.
Observe, assess, and report patient conditions and changes, and document in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
Perform EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, and change of condition, in accordance with nursing practices.
Ensure implementation of care plans as directed and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Participate in assigning duties and supervise the delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff to ensure the highest practical well‑being is maintained by patients.
Requirements
Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
Valid LVN/LPN license.
