Responsibilities
Participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure.
Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes, documenting in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
Complete EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, and change of condition in accordance with nursing practices.
Ensure implementation of care plans as directed and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assign duties and supervise the delivery of appropriate clinical care by CNA staff to maintain highest practical well‑being for patients.
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
Valid LVN/LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse License.
