Role Summary The Contents Production Manager is responsible for executing contents jobs in the field, managing crews, maintaining schedules, and ensuring quality and documentation standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily execution of contents jobs
Supervise lead technicians and field crews
Ensure accurate inventories, photos, and documentation
Monitor job progress, labor hours, and materials
Communicate with clients, office staff, and operations management
Resolve job-level issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
3+ years in contents restoration or field supervision
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to manage multiple active jobs
