Full-Time Health Center Manager Physical Therapist (PT) , you’ll lead site operations and provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in
Reno, NV . The site operating hours are 7:00am‑5:00pm Monday‑Thursday and 8:00am‑4:00pm Friday. Proven leadership experience required. Unique opportunity!
What You’ll Do
Manage daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance
Oversee hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff (typically composed of RNs, LPNs, administrative, and technical staff)
Allocate time to patient care and technical expertise as needed
Monitor patient flow, patient utilization and penetration
Identify process improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, determine root cause analysis
Serve as infection control lead, collaborate on quality initiatives and maintain compliance with regulations
Communicate corporate policies, conduct meetings, and engage with client representatives
Complete incident reports and assist with investigations and complaint resolutions
Maintain patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
Current license as Physical Therapist in the practicing state
Current certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required
Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN/COHN‑S) may be required for some sites
Minimum 3+ years of experience in the medical field
2–3 years of management experience
Experience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC or other industry standards for Infection Prevention practices

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $102,800.00 – $128,500.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
