The Closers Title Insurance Agency is seeking a
seasoned, high-performing Senior Title Closer
who brings confidence, precision, and leadership to every transaction. This is an
in-office role
designed for a
Florida-licensed Title Agent
who can independently manage complex files while working seamlessly with processors and internal teams.

Responsibilities Your Impact
Oversee
full-cycle residential and commercial closings
from intake to final policy
Act as the senior point of control for closing accuracy, compliance, and deadlines
Review, prepare, and approve settlement statements, closing packages, and loan documents
Clear title requirements and resolve complex title issues with confidence
Coordinate funding approvals and execute precise disbursement of funds
Ensure timely recording of all legal documents at county and federal levels
Issue final title policies once commitments are fully satisfied
Analyze title searches for liens, judgments, claims, fraud risks, and defects
Examine surveys, plats, legal descriptions, and public records for accuracy
Maintain proactive communication with realtors, lenders, attorneys, escrow officers, and clients
Partner closely with processors to ensure efficiency and accountability across files
Non-Negotiable Requirements
In-person availability
at our Hollywood, FL office
5+ years of advanced title closing experience
(full-cycle, hands‑on)
Proven ability to manage complex and time-sensitive transactions
Strong experience working directly with processors
Mastery of title software ( Qualia strongly preferred )
Exceptional organizational skills with extreme attention to detail
Calm, decisive, and solutions-driven under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
High school diploma or GED required (college degree preferred)
Preferred / Competitive Advantages
Bilingual (Spanish strongly preferred; additional languages a plus)
Background in abstracting or title examination
Client-facing experience with strong professional presence
Ability to delegate, mentor, and elevate team performance
Prepare title abstract and title opinion after conducting a title search
Qualifications

3–5+ years of hands‑on title closing experience , including full-cycle closings
Strong experience working
side-by-side with processors
Proficiency with
Qualia
(strongly preferred)
High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills
Calm, solutions-oriented mindset in a deadline-driven environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite
High school diploma or GED required (college degree preferred)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Service-oriented with a client-first mindset
Confident decision-maker who takes ownership of files
Learning-focused and adaptable
Comfortable delegating tasks when appropriate
Committed to accuracy, compliance, and ethical standards
Meet state licensing requirements -- title producers license is a plus
The ideal candidate will be process-driven, highly analytical and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
3-5 years of title closing experience, abstractor experience, title examiner or providing closing services is required
Compensation $55,000 - $75,000 yearly
