Position Summary
The Field Manager is responsible for all field crews, and the preparation of all jobs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manages all field crews
Customer communication on a daily basis
Trains all incoming new hires on job duties and safety standards
Completes annual performance reviews for all field technicians/direct reports
Schedules all install technicians, daily
Performs daily preparation of all jobs
Performs daily close-out of all installation jobs
Coordinates with warehouse personnel regarding materials needed for customer installations and service
Requirements and Qualifications
Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving history.
Must have professional experience working outdoors and at heights.
Must be able to carry 40 pounds up a ladder.
Must be able to work in all types of weather.
Experience leading others in completion of tasks is required.
Must enjoy interacting with homeowners.
Foster and shape a positive and safe working environment through exemplary behavior and attitude.
Must be willing to get OSHA certified (paid for by the company).
Must have reliable transportation.
Ability to lead others in their technical duties while in the field.
