Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA)
to join our
employer-based Occupational Medicine program
in Rockford, Illinois. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to focus on preventive care, workforce health, and injury management within a highly collaborative practice.

work-related injuries and illnesses
Perform
DOT, pre-employment, return-to-work, and surveillance physicals
Conduct
OSHA-mandated exams , respirator clearances, and drug/alcohol testing
Emphasis on
injury prevention, early intervention, and safe return-to-work

$120,542 - $132,587
