We are seeking an experienced Dining Room Manager for a Michelin‑starred restaurant located within a renowned luxury resort in Virginia. This highly visible, guest‑facing role is part of the dining room leadership team and is responsible for supporting and overseeing the front‑of‑house staff. The position requires a refined presence, impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional, high‑touch hospitality.
Qualifications
Minimum of three years of fine dining experience, ideally within a Forbes Five‑Star hotel or a Michelin‑starred restaurant.
Professional, organized and deeply knowledgeable about luxury service standards.
