Restaurant Manager – Michelin‑Starred Resort, Virginia We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the front‑of‑house team at a Michelin‑starred restaurant within a renowned luxury resort in Virginia. This highly visible, guest‑facing role is part of the dining room leadership team and requires a refined presence, impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional, high‑touch hospitality.

Pay Range $115,000.00 / yr – $125,000.00 / yr (Base pay).

Responsibilities

Support and oversee the front‑of‑house staff to ensure flawless service.

Maintain a refined presence and uphold luxury service standards.

Deliver exceptional, high‑touch hospitality to a discerning clientele.

Qualifications

Minimum of three years of fine dining experience, ideally within a Forbes Five‑Star hotel or a Michelin‑starred restaurant.

Professional, organized, and deeply knowledgeable about luxury service standards.
