Closing Manager (07250) - 2212 Island Ave.
The chief responsibility of a Closing Manager for Domino's is to provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards in the restaurant.
Closing Managers must be adaptable, self‑motivated, and have a passion for customer service. They thrive in a fast‑paced, fun working environment and help maintain positive crew morale.
Responsibilities
Assist in preparing pizzas and delivering orders to designated locations.
Drop off nightly deposits and complete paperwork when the General Manager is absent.
Count inventory and supplies on a nightly basis.
Analyze labor and sales continuously.
Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards.
Efficiently supervise employees.
Interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
Prepare and package food products.
Maintain store and equipment cleanliness.
Rotate commissary deliveries.
Qualifications
Be at least 18 years of age.
Have at least two years of customer service or restaurant experience (preferred).
Be enthusiastic and willing to learn.
Work with minimal supervision.
Motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
Have strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
Be customer service oriented.
Work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled, including nights, weekends, and emergencies.
Learn and perform other workstation duties as needed with reasonable accommodation if needed.
Additional Information Work conditions include exposure to varying weather, in‑store temperature ranges from 36°F to 90°F+, sudden temperature changes, fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Physical senses required: talking and hearing on telephone, near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks, depth perception, ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Temperaments: ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions, work at a high rate of speed without sacrificing workmanship, provide feedback and open communication with both the team and franchise owner.
Starting wage for newly hired assistant managers is based on prior experience, generally starting out at minimum wage with raises based on performance reviews by the Regional Supervisors.
