This role is responsible for assisting in strategic new paint product initiatives for PSG, Lowe’s, IBU and Menards, supporting key innovation and new-to-market product launch plans, and working closely with the Product Manager and cross‑functional teams.
Base pay range:
Cleveland, OH $50,000.00‑$55,000.00
Responsibilities
Coordinate product testing in lab and in field.
Assist in label & product commercialization process.
Help in development and analysis of new product roadmaps.
Analyze market and sales information to support new product business plans.
Support new product commercialization through established Stage Gate process.
Work closely with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Product Excellence, Customer Marketing, etc.) to identify product improvements and new product opportunities to meet end‑user/segment needs.
Qualifications
Required :
Bachelor’s Degree
Candidate must demonstrate a working knowledge of the marketing mix
Self‑starter
Leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to motivate cross‑functional teams
Must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects
A strong desire to work in a fast‑paced and demanding team environment.
Successful track record in project accomplishments to drive the business forward
Excellent decision making and analytical/problem solving skills
Preferred :
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
Relevant marketing experience
Beginner to intermediate knowledge of application of all Microsoft Office Suite Products
