This job is a member of the Airport Hubs & Gateway Team within the Customer Experience Division
Responsible for handling one or more of the following as their primary role
Processing of invoices.
Invoice Reconciliation.
Ordering and distribution of equipment and supplies.
Maintaining inventory of equipment and supplies.
Coordinating equipment assignment for new hires and transfers.
Coordinating and maintaining operational coverage.
Coordinating station events.
What you'll do Performs a wide variety of office duties including but not limited to:
Coordinating meeting arrangements, filing, and handling mail.
Reconciling P-card spending.
Provide assistance to outside vendors.
Work with business partners to make sure invoices are submitted accurately and in a timely manner.
Reconcile and process invoices.
Working with vendors to reconcile Jet-A fuel.
Pick up and deposit lost and found money.
Closing of all financial transactions from the previous day.
Maintain the inventory of equipment.
Ordering and distributing office supplies.
Processing and assigning parking decals.
Tracking, planning, coordination, and execution of station events (i.e., Do Crew, luncheons, holiday meals, recognition events, birthdays/anniversaries, etc.).
Provides assistance with preparation of management presentations and special projects as required.
Troubleshoots and escalates office technology issues, including telephone, computer, and copier machines.

Previous office/clerical experience

Knowledge of MS Office Products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Knowledge of policies, procedures, and corporate structure
Ability to prioritize work, be detail-oriented and meet deadlines
Ability to perform in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to be self-motivated with strong organizational skills
Ability to grasp concepts and functionality of specific software and programs
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the Organization
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
Approachable and professional demeanor
High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work varied hours and holidays (as business needs may vary)
Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, (if applicable)
Ability to fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
