What You’ll Do
Create a welcoming, world-class experience for every customer
Guide customers to the vehicle that best fits their lifestyle and needs
Build lasting relationships through professional follow-up
Confidently present vehicle features, options, and benefits
Deliver vehicles and ensure customers fully understand their purchase
Stay up to date on inventory, technology, and product knowledge
Partner with the service department to reinforce long-term customer care
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of sales or customer service experience
Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
Positive, energetic team player
High school diploma or GED required
18+ years old with ability to pass background check
