If you love solvingtough problems, leveraging AI, and seeing your work in action, thisis your chance to make it happen. What You’ll Do: Develop and launch a new mobile application from the groundup. Integrate practical, AI-driven features to enhance userexperience such as personalized recommendations and smarter searchfunctionality. Utilize AI-supported development tools to streamlineworkflows, testing, and support continuous deployment. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, andother engineers on a small, agile team. Ensure the application meets high standards forperformance, security, and maintainability. Partner with product and design leadership to influenceroadmap decisions and align technical solutions with business strategy. Who You Are: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science,Engineering, or a related field. 8-10 years of professional experience building and scalingapplications across the stack. Proficiency in modern languages and frameworks such asPython, Typescript, Node.js, React, or similar Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and bestpractices in CI/CD, containerization, microservices, and event-drivenarchitecture. Exposure to or interest in leveraging AI/MLtooling and frameworks to enhance applications. A self-starter with strong problem solving and analysisskills. An excellent communicator and collaborator who thrives in ateam environment. Ideal to Have: Experience leading small teams or managing softwareprojects. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern softwaredevelopment practices. Background in building consumer-facing (B2C) applications. Interest or experience in the real estate technologyindustry.
