Key Responsibilities
Perform daily maintenance and repairs throughout the residential HOA community, including common areas, amenities, and buildings. Handle work orders involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repair tasks. Conduct preventive maintenance to maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with HOA standards. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations. Collaborate closely with property management and external vendors to ensure smooth community operations. Experience Summary
