About you:
You’re knowledgeable about all thing’s meat and seafood
You have 2 years of meat management experience
You’re efficient, organized, and enjoy working through challenges
You’re self-motivated and care about making an impact
Meat Cutting Journeyman Ticket an asset
Ability to safely bend, twist and lift up to 50lbs
Ability to stand for the duration of scheduled shift
Ability to maintain a safe working environment and follow all safety procedures
Schedule Requirements:
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Full-time hours, including evenings , weekends, and holidays
What you’ll be doing:
Oversee daily meat department operations, including cutting, food safety, and quality control.
Perform meat cutting, trimming, packaging, and labeling to standards.
Prepare special cuts and custom orders
Ensure displays are stocked, appealing, and accurately priced.
Support customers with inquiries, recommendations, and concerns.
Lead and train team members in cutting techniques, safety, and product knowledge.
Create team member schedules to meet business needs.
Manage ordering, receiving, and quality checks of meat products.
Monitor inventory to reduce waste and shrink.
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
Pay for this job: Starting Range:
$25.75-$30.00 Most new team members start within this range, depending on their experience and skills.
Growth Range:
Up to $35.00
