Our client is seeking a Team Lead - Assembly to oversee and assist with the assembly of components according to blueprint specifications, using precision measurement tools for assembly of industrial mobile equipment. RESPONSIBILITIES
: Lead a team to Build, Service, Maintain and Repair shredding systems and associated equipment B uild, assemble truck bodies and equipment M echanical assembly of multiple truck body components Capable to fit and assemble mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components Equipment installation, startup and training in the shop and at customer locations as necessary Work to acceptable service standards Write technical service reports Follow written and verbal instructions Responsible for and maintain build shop facility Responsible for and Maintain shop stock level and tools Experience using hand and power tools such as levels, tape measures, drills and taps, saws, hammers properly and safely Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and assemblies Capable to receive job specific training and train new employees Know, understand and follow safe working and material handling practices QA sign-off of properly completed tasks Track job time and complete daily timecards Other duties as requested by Manager Must hold a valid driver’s license. DZ license an asset Must hold or be able to obtain a Passport
