Senior LItigation Attorney

AV Rated, dynamic, mid-sized, trial litigation and insurance defense firm seeks an experienced, self-motivated attorney. An ideal candidate will have several years of civil litigation and/or insurance defense and trial experience. Exceptional writing, analytical skills, attention to detail, and professionalism are mandatory characteristics of a qualified candidate for this position. Successful candidates will be responsible for all aspects of assigned cases including, but not limited to, communication with clients, opposing counsel, and experts; drafting, reviewing, and revising pleadings, correspondence, and discovery; and preparing for and attending hearings, settlement conferences, mediation, and trials.
