Financial Technology Partners (FT Partners) is seeking a Recruiting & Program Coordinator for our San Francisco headquarters.

Role Description

Reporting into the Head of Campus Recruiting, the coordinator will manage the candidate experience to ensure an efficient recruiting process. Responsibilities include screening applications, scheduling interviews, collecting interviewer feedback, coordinating internal debrief sessions, preparing offer packages, and maintaining recruiting calendars, files, templates, materials and metrics. The coordinator will also schedule and maintain training calendars, set up training rooms, conduct surveys, analyze results, and liaise with events and other internal teams to support junior talent development and a seamless program experience. Excellent judgement and the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast‑paced, rapidly growing environment are essential.

General Qualifications

  • Previous coordination experience; recruiting experience preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; prior experience with ATS (Greenhouse) is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and detail‑oriented.
  • Works independently, proactively identifies next steps or areas of improvement.
  • Sense of urgency and responsiveness.
  • Professional communication with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
  • Start‑up experience is a plus.
  • Motivated to learn and advance within the talent acquisition industry.
  • U.S. work authorization required; FT Partners will not sponsor work visas.

The annual salary for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $70,500 and $75,000 per year; base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location and experience. The total compensation package may include discretionary awards and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, parental leave) subject to the position offered.

At‑will employment. The company reserves the right to modify base salary or other discretionary payments at any time.
