The pay range for this job is $66,560 - $113,000 annually; actual pay depends on experience and geographic location. Benefits:

Position Overview: The goal is to ensure a consistently memorable customer shopping experience while generating meaningful revenue and positive operating profit for the store. Responsible for sales and profit performance in the assigned store or department. Ensure sales and margin goals are met. Collaborate with the General Manager/Department Manager to develop operating budgets and monitor performance. Set individual sales goals for associates and supervise sales staff to maximize sales and profit performance. Create a welcoming environment that attracts customers and builds loyalty by exceeding their expectations. Coach and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Provide feedback to Buyers and Planners to identify high-sales and high-profit merchandise classifications. Execute visual presentation initiatives to support merchandise presentation and maintain an in-store environment aligned with Polo Ralph Lauren’s brand image. Achieve store shrinkage goals and implement loss prevention procedures. Recruit, supervise, and develop staff. Plan for current and future staffing needs and motivate personnel to increase sales and transaction volume. Work with Senior Management to implement promotional strategies and programs that support sales, marketing, and profit objectives both in-store and externally. Experience, Skills & Knowledge: College Degree or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury retail. Enthusiasm and ability to foster an environment that reflects high taste and sophistication aligned with Polo’s lifestyle philosophy. Skill in guiding individuals toward goal achievement through negotiation, teamwork, motivation, and staff development. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills.
