athletes and active individuals —from youth and high school athletes to collegiate, recreational, and adult patients who are invested in their recovery and performance. Our patients show up ready to work, and our therapists are empowered to deliver care the right way. About the Role We are seeking a
Staff Physical Therapist
who is passionate about orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, and working with motivated patients. This role is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy, collaboration, and professional growth in a
non-corporate, clinician-led environment . You will have the opportunity to treat a highly engaged patient population, use your clinical judgment without productivity-driven micromanagement, and grow alongside a team that genuinely enjoys working together. What You’ll Do Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports-related injuries with a focus on return to activity and performance Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for active and athletic patients Deliver hands-on care including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and progressive loading strategies Educate patients on movement, injury prevention, and long-term performance Collaborate with other therapists and performance professionals to optimize outcomes Complete accurate and timely documentation Contribute to a positive, team-focused clinic culture Who You Are Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in Massachusetts Strong interest in orthopedics, sports rehab, and working with active individuals Comfortable coaching movement and exercise, not just supervising it Excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships with patients Motivated to continue learning and developing clinical and performance skills Why Complete Game Physical Therapy PT-owned private practice
