Searching for CNC Machine Operators, Machinists and Programmers. 1st and 2nd shifts available in both South and North Orange County. Requirements: Successful candidate must be flexible, detail oriented, energetic, and possess good problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include setting up and running various machines. The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 1 year current and relevant experience in any of the following: CNC Lathe, CNC Mill, CNC Wire EDM. Job Description: Set up and operate conventional machine shop equipment to fabricate parts, applying knowledge of machine shop theory and procedures, shop mathematics, machinability of materials and layout techniques. Studies sketches, drawings, specifications or sample parts to determine sequence of operations and setup requirements. Selects, aligns and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories and materials on machines, such as mills, lathes and grinders.
