Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care to neonates in the NICU environment. Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill newborns, documenting vital signs and symptoms. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and safety. Provide support and education to families regarding their infant's care and condition. Desired Experience and Qualifications: Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Proven experience in a NICU setting, demonstrating knowledge of neonatal care practices. Ability to manage complex medical equipment and technology used in neonatal care. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under high-pressure situations. Excellent communication skills for interaction with healthcare professionals and families.
