Provide critical nursing care in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting, delivering support and clinical expertise to newborns requiring specialized medical attention. Responsibilities: Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill or premature infants. Administer prescribed treatments and medications accurately. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and pediatricians. Educate and support families regarding their infants condition and treatment plan. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare standards. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and adjust care plans as needed.
